TEDxYouth satellite event at Joensuu

Hello everyone! The renowned Ted X arrives to Finland after a long break. While the main event is held in Helsinki, the Joensuu Debate Society is organising a satellite event right here at UEF in Joensuu.

What:
Ted X Youth satellite event, streaming the speeches from Helsinki in holding our own speeches and discussion on the topic of: ‘fear and courage’.

Why:
It is probably unnecessary to advertise just how large and important Ted events have grown and how much information and valuable stories this phenomenon has spread. While we wait for such an event to be held in our dear city of Joensuu, let’s do the next best thing with the people we have here.

Where:
The event will be held in Aurora 202 from 12:30 to 17:00.
